Who we are
This website is run by DocsDue, operated by Mojtaba Javeed Siddiqui, an individual based in Hyderabad, India. DocsDue is not a registered company. Contact: hello@docsdue.uk.
What this website is
- A demo of DocsDue, a review queue for UK accountancy practices, running on a fixed, fictional dataset.
- It is not deployed to any firm, no firm is using it, and it is not production-ready.
- The system never sends email. In the demo, nothing you do is saved or sent.
It is free
The website, the demo and the pilot request form are free. Nothing is sold here, and we never ask for payment details. See refunds.
Using the website
Please:
- use only the fictional data in the demo, and never type or upload real client details or documents anywhere on this site;
- do not try to break or overload the site, get around its security or its limits, or reach parts of it that are not linked;
- do not use the site in any way that breaks the law.
We may block requests from an address that does any of these things.
Not professional advice
Nothing on this site is accounting, tax, legal or other professional advice. The clients, documents, VAT periods and deadlines in the demo are fictional examples.
Pilot requests
Sending the pilot form does not create an agreement or a commitment, for you or for us. If we agree a pilot, it will have its own written terms, agreed before it starts.
Availability and changes
The site runs on a free hosting plan. It may sleep when nobody is using it and take about a minute to wake up, and it may be unavailable at times. We may change the site, or close it, at any time. We may update these terms; if we do, their version above changes.
Our responsibility
We provide the site and the demo free of charge and as they are. We do not promise that they are free of errors or always available. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that the law does not allow us to limit or exclude, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Fonts
The site's fonts, IBM Plex Sans, IBM Plex Mono and Source Serif 4, are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Their licence files are served with them.
