Version 2026-10-15.1.
We want everyone to be able to use this site. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. The site does not meet all of it yet: the known problems are listed below.
How we tested
Last tested on 15 October 2026, on every public page, every state of the pilot form and the demo's four screens:
- automated checks with axe-core 4.10.3, using every WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 level A and AA rule, in Chromium, at 320, 390 and 1280 pixels wide;
- a keyboard walk of each page, checking that every stop has a visible focus outline and that nothing covers it;
- the size and spacing of every link and button, text spacing increased as WCAG describes, and the layout at 320 pixels wide without sideways scrolling.
Automated checks cannot find every problem.
What we have not tested yet
- No one has tested the site with a screen reader, such as VoiceOver, NVDA or JAWS, or with voice control.
- We have tested only in Chromium, not in Safari or Firefox, and not on real phones or tablets.
Known problems
- The demo's lists: Long client names are cut short with “…”, more so with larger letter and word spacing. The full name shows when you select the row. (1.4.12 Text Spacing (AA))
- The demo: The two-letter mark at the top of the menu may be read out as its letters rather than as the product's name (not yet checked with a screen reader). (4.1.2 Name, Role, Value (A))
The public pages themselves (the home page, the pilot form, and the privacy, terms, cookies, refunds and accessibility pages) passed every check above.
